American Red Cross, Arizona Supreme Court and Sony Electronics Rely on NetScout's nGenius Solution

American Red Cross, the largest blood supplier to more than 3,000 hospitals nation wide, recently expanded its nGenius Solution to manage the performance of custom scientific and administrative applications being delivered between its national headquarters and blood processing facilities supporting its 36 U.S. blood service regions. The nGenius Solution is also helping the Red Cross assure the performance and reliability of its mission- critical applications as the organization transitions to a new IP-based infrastructure.

Arizona Supreme Court recently expanded its nGenius Solution to increase visibility into critical applications being delivered across its wide area network, which supports more than 2,000 court system employees throughout Arizona. Among the applications being monitored is AZTEC, an online system for the courts, which provides centralized access to statewide, multi- departmental records for court use.

Sony Electronics' Network Technology Group recently expanded its nGenius Solution to improve network planning and performance management across its corporate wide area network. In addition, Sony is using the nGenius Solution to supply usage information for usage-based billing to business units.
