Agreement Signed with Netsky Co., Ltd. to Resell NetScout Products to Leading
Chinese Enterprise, Educational and Government Organizations

management solutions, today announced that it has signed a partnership
agreement with Shenzhen Netsky Co., Ltd., a leading provider of computer
networking solutions and system integration services, to resell its nGenius(R)
Performance Management Solution in the South China region. Headquartered in
Shenzhen, People's Republic of China, Netsky offers best-of-breed networking
solutions and services to enterprises, educational institutions and government
agencies in China, with particularly strong coverage in the South China
region.
This new partnership will enable NetScout to penetrate one of the most
dynamic and prosperous regions in the People's Republic of China.
