Company’s recent acquisition of Danaher Corporation’s communications business brings together best-in-class network performance and cyber security solutions to form a strong partner to Middle East enterprises

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – 19 October, 2015 – At GITEX this week, NETSCOUT SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ: NTCT), a market leader in service assurance and cyber security solutions, is introducing—for the first time under the NETSCOUT brand—several products that were part of the company’s acquisition of Danaher Corporation’s (NYSE: DHR) Communications Business earlier this year for $2.3 billion (USD). At GITEX, NETSCOUT is highlighting industry-leading solutions that enable its customers in the region to realize the maximum value from their investment in networking technologies.
