WESTFORD, Mass., May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NetScout Systems (Nasdaq: NTCT) announced today that it will hold its third annual NetScout User Forum conference on October 6-8, 2004 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts. "CDM(TM) Technology: Path to nGenius Solutions" will explore how enterprises and government agencies can use a single, fully integrated solution to understand and manage the impact of technologies and user behavior on networked applications and services across complex IT infrastructures. All users of NetScout products globally are invited to attend this event.

The three-day conference will also offer both technical and networking events that showcase how enterprises can manage infrastructure performance and costs according to business priorities using the capabilities of the nGenius(R) Performance Management System. NetScout's CDM Architecture roadmap will be presented along with demonstrations of new product features, customer case studies, technical panels and hands-on training labs.
