(Nasdaq: NTCT), a leading provider of enterprise-wide network and application
performance management solutions, today announced that it has signed a new
partnership agreement with Shanghai Posts & Telecommunications Equipment Co.,
LTD to resell its nGenius(R) products in the Eastern China region. Shanghai
Posts & Telecommunications Equipment Co., LTD provides telecommunications
products and IT system integration services and is a subsidiary of China
Putian Corporation, a large IT products and services provider in China.
The agreement will expand NetScout's presence in China. To launch this
partnership, NetScout and Shanghai Posts & Telecommunications Equipment Co.,
LTD will hold a joint seminar entitled "Leverage CDM Technology, Create Win-
Win Opportunities," on June 29, 2004 at the Shanghai Huating Hotel in
Shanghai, China.
