The sessions, open to all expo pass holders, include key performance management topics, such as best practices for service delivery management given the growing volumes of video, voice, and data in today's networks, utilizing service delivery capabilities to accelerate and simplify security investigation and incident response, and delivering unified communications services with consistent and quality user experiences.
