Manager has been qualified for interoperability with Microsoft Lync™.
The integration of nGenius Voice | Video Manager with Microsoft Lync
Server enables real-time, end-to-end performance management of unified
communications (UC) service delivery that combines performance metrics
from endpoints, call path, and other critical UC elements. Together,
