service provider service assurance market and is a leading supplier of
IP probe solutions to support next generation services,” said Patrick

VoLTE, and the increasing importance of subscriber analytics, NetScout
is well positioned to continue its impressive growth in this segment.”

rich media, entertainment and broadband services, business users and
consumers have high expectations for their network experience and are
demanding faster access with higher reliability and service quality.

framework to deliver unprecedented real-time and historical analysis and

“Today’s announcement demonstrates our strong presence and increasing
relevance in the service provider market segment. Our focused technology
vision and unique dual-market strategy has enabled NetScout to address
the needs of service provider and enterprise customers, which has fueled
faster than the market growth in both segments,” said Steven Shalita,
vice president, marketing for NetScout. “Service Providers continue to
focus on addressing increasing competitive pressures, coupled with
dramatic changes in technology and subscriber demands for rich real-time
services with a consistent experience regardless of how or where they
are connecting. NetScout enables mobile, wireline and cable/MSO
operators to establish a proactive service delivery management strategy
that directly supports strategic initiatives designed to deliver an
exceptional user experience, maximize subscriber value and achieve
higher customer retention.”
Building on the company’s history of continuous innovation and evolution
of packet-flow technology, the nGenius Solution analyzes both data plane
and control plane traffic to reveal how network, application and
critical service enablers such as DNS, DHCP, user authentication and
billing interconnects affect overall service quality, availability and
performance. With the nGenius Solution, the task of managing complex
end-to-end service delivery environments is dramatically simplified and
automated, empowering operations staff to proactively identify root
cause, triage and resolve more issues independently. This provides
operators with consistent and actionable insight into service
performance allowing them to optimize their operating environment and
assure the subscriber experience.
