NetScout
Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTCT) today filed a lawsuit against Gartner,
Inc. in Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of
Stamford/Norwalk. In the complaint, NetScout alleges claims against
Gartner under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act and for
corporate defamation arising out of Gartner’s information technology

NetScout seeks remedies that include monetary damages, punitive and
special damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees, among other
items. NetScout has requested a jury trial on all of the claims filed.
